On touchdown to the beautiful Maldives our Visitor Maldives Representatives will meet you to direct you to the domestic flight terminal where you will be waiting to board your domestic flight to the beautiful island of Gan – Laamu. The flight will take about 40 minutes and by the time you land in Gan – Laamu airport the Reveries representative will be waiting for you outside the doors to take you to Reveries Diving Village. The ride will be quick about 15 minutes along one of the most scenic routes in this remote island of the Maldives. Once you reach the hotel you can settle in and have some refreshments and later explore the surrounding of the hotel.
On the 2nd Day after a sumptuous buffet breakfast you will start your snorkeling excursion with the experts of the hotel and visit the most stunning of snorkeling points around the atoll. The expert guides who will be traveling with you will also provide you with stunning images and videos of your expedition to the unspoilt territories of nature so that you will have more than just memories to take home.
While all the activities are scheduled and might not exactly happen on the days mentioned in the itinerary you can be certain to enjoy half a day of stand up paddle along the calmest of the oceans you will ever witness. While this is included in your package you can choose from a wide variety of activities at the activity center in the island and be active through your holiday.
We would recommend you to spend the day cycling around in the island exploring the local life and beautiful beaches, the little eateries along the way that serve local food. Talk to some people and understand their lifestyle and the different bits and pieces from their culture. You can explore the island and plan any extra activities you would like to engage in during your tour.
You can enjoy a sunset cruise for about 3 hours where the golden light hits the shore to make it a picture perfectly stunning route adorned by dancing dolphins. This is expected to be a truly magnificent sight that you will remember forever. You will be treated to sumptuous canopies and drinks on while you are cruising this dolphin adorned pathway.
You can request a guide at the hotel to take you around the island, to see the fish canning factory, the secret beaches to pick some beautiful seashells and to see goat farms, hidden palm groves, to get enraptured in the beauty of the island, discover hidden lakes and heart shaped island in the middle of nowhere. This is what a dream island tour is made of.
After soaking in most of the island it is your time to relax and unwind to the rhythm of the wind. You can choose to swim, snorkel or just lazy up at the hotel enjoying the pool or you can even plan your own adventure if you haven't had enough. There's plenty to do and plenty to see.
You can leisurely have some breakfast and relax till it is time to depart at 12 noon. But this depends on your domestic flight timing as well as international flight timing. Hotel representatives will be assisting you with your departure from a truly authentic experience in the Maldives.
