On the first day after a short scenic boat transfer to the stunning Maafushi Island you will be greeted by the resort staff and taken to your room for you to relax and soak in all the admirable beauty of Maldives. Maafushi is an island with culture, art, smiles and character. The time goes really slow you will feel the sunsets lasting forever and waves never leaving your feet.
We have made sure that your second day on the island is packed with adventure. We will ensure that you explore the island wholly and will not miss out on the aqua marvel or your chance to make friends with the unique marine life, swim with turtles, and watch dolphins dance and play and finally visit a sand bank and feel the real seclusion.
Third magical day in the island will be all to yourself to spend as you please. But if you ask for our recommendation we would definitely suggest that you cycle around the island, get to know a bit about the history of the island and make friends with some locals who would recommend where to try the best local cuisine or direct you to find the best souvenir boutique.
On your fourth day in this island filled with an abundance of character, while you are at leisure you could try canoeing around the stunning house reef and really soak in some sun, swim with the fish and sun bathe to your heart's content. In the night you will get the chance to go on a one of a kind night fishing excursion and if you are in luck the freshest of your catch will be prepared for you for dinner when you get back to Velana Beach Hotel Maldives. You will leave for the excursion by about 6.30pm (Island time) and reach the hotel back latest by 8.00pm.
By the last day we are certain you will not want to leave.
